About Wichita Dumpster Rental

Wichita Dumpster Rental has been in the waste removal business for years now. We have watched the industry change and we have adapted with those changes to better help our customers. Our mission was to bring waste removal to everyone and make sure that our customers chose us not just based on price but also because we had the best service in the city as well. We don’t give you the run around at Wichita Dumpster Rental. The price you are quoted is a flat-rate price that never goes up and never gets added on to after the fact. There are no surcharges that we try and tack on for waste removal or disposal, and your dumpster rental includes everything.

How long can I keep the waste container? We have an initial rental period of two weeks that comes included with the price that you pay upfront. This rental period begins from the time we deliver the dumpster onsite and not when you place the order. You are going to have a full two weeks with every dumpster that you rent, but you can have even longer if necessary. There is no limit on the amount of time you can spend with the waste container. You don’t even need to tell us you are keeping the dumpster for longer. There is a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day that kicks in automatically after the first fourteen days are up.

What should I do to schedule waste removal? When you are finished with the waste container, please call us back at 316-351-6075 to schedule your waste removal. Just remember to call us and not the number on the side of the waste container. Wichita Dumpster Rental handles every part of the order for you to help avoid any confusion along the way. And please be finished with the waste container before scheduling its removal. Our drivers are unable to wait around while you continue filling the dumpster with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling waste removal and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account. Trip fees can be over one hundred dollars and are certainly something to be avoided.

What else can result in a trip fee? Trip fees can be assessed for a couple different reasons. As stated above, scheduling your open-top removal without being finished is one way to get a trip fee. Another way is to over-fill your dumpster with refuse. On our dumpster sizing page we go into more detail on filling requirements. You could also receive a trip fee if your dumpster requires a permit in order to be delivered but one has not been obtained through the city. Finally, please choose a location that is easily serviceable. If our drivers cannot reach you, either during delivery or during waste removal, they would leave, you would need to reschedule, and your account would be assessed a trip fee. If you have any questions about any of this, feel free to contact Wichita Dumpster Rental . We’d be glad to answer any of your questions and walk you through the entire rental process over the phone. Our mission is to take all of the hassle and guesswork out of the equation so you are satisfied with your service every step of the way. You’re going to be treated like royalty with us, and we are confident that renting with us once means you will never want to rent with those other guys again in the future. Call now and get started right away, a dumpster rental is a few minutes of your time.
